Hi! I’m Caitlinn, a fine art wedding photographer creating timeless imagery inspired by art history, based in New York’s Hudson Valley. My shooting style blends the vibes of editorial and documentary photography.
I have been shooting weddings full time since 2011…
I was born on a dirt road in Texas, but raised in New York. The Hudson Valley has been my home for over 30 years.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Photography and a minor in Art History. My approach to photography is deeply rooted in my love an appreciation for art and the human form. As someone who loves love, I know how special your day is.
My goal is to capture that magic.
I have been told on countless occasions that my personality is “disarming”, and that it instantly makes my couples and their loved ones feel safe and relaxed when being photographed. I think this is everyone’s nice way of saying I am a non-threatening nerd who will not judge them or make them feel self conscious.

I hold a special place in my heart for intimate weddings, destination weddings, elopements, and anything in nature. I believe in the happy coexistence between posed and candid photography, and live for them both. I thrive off of positive energy and always promise to bring my own.
I have shot over 300 weddings from coast to coast, north and south, and in Europe.
For each couple I work with, I create a detailed and extensive timeline, posed list, and photo itinerary to ensure a smooth, relaxing, organized, and absolutely magical day.
