9 hours or more of photographic coverage with Caitlinn Mahar-Daniels
A second photographer / assistant
Select 35mm and medium format film photographs, in black and white and/or color
A detailed questionnaire sent approximately 2–3 months before your wedding to help create your photography timeline and shot list
A curated sneak peek within 48 hours
Personalized vendor recommendations, if desired
A cohesive final wedding gallery delivered through an online collection with high-resolution digital downloads and an integrated professional print shop

A Wedding Photography Experience Designed Around Your Day
Approximately two to three months before your wedding, you’ll receive a comprehensive questionnaire that allows me to understand your priorities, family dynamics, timeline, and aesthetic preferences.
Together, we create a photography timeline that supports the flow of your celebration - not interrupts it.
Couples often describe my presence as disarming. That sense of ease allows the day to unfold organically, creating images that feel effortless and true to you.

Having photographed weddings throughout the region for more than a decade, I’m familiar not only with many of its venues, but with the way light, weather, season, and location can shape a wedding day. I regularly photograph celebrations in Beacon, Cold Spring, Garrison, New Paltz, Kingston, Hudson, and throughout the Catskills.

About Caitlinn
I’m Caitlinn Mahar-Daniels, a photographer and artist who has been documenting weddings since 2011.
Inspired by art history, human connection, and the unpredictable beauty of real life, I approach wedding days with equal parts intention and curiosity. I’m drawn to beautiful light and thoughtful composition, but also to movement, imperfection, laughter, nerves, quiet exchanges, and all of the fleeting things you couldn’t plan if you tried.
My work blends documentary storytelling with refined portraiture and photography on both digital and film (I love my collection of old 35mm and medium format film cameras) - creating a body of images that preserves not only how your wedding looked, but how it felt to be there.
