Each collection balances editorial composition with documentary sensitivity, ensuring your photographs feel both artful and emotionally honest.

  • 9 hours or more of photographic coverage with Caitlinn Mahar-Daniels

  • A second photographer / assistant

  • Select 35mm and medium format film photographs, in black and white and/or color

  • A detailed questionnaire sent approximately 2–3 months before your wedding to help create your photography timeline and shot list

  • A curated sneak peek within 48 hours

  • Personalized vendor recommendations, if desired

  • A cohesive final wedding gallery delivered through an online collection with high-resolution digital downloads and an integrated professional print shop

My process is simple and thoughtful.

Approximately two to three months before your wedding, you’ll receive a comprehensive questionnaire that allows me to understand your priorities, family dynamics, timeline, and aesthetic preferences.

Together, we create a photography timeline that supports the flow of your celebration - not interrupts it.

Couples often describe my presence as disarming. That sense of ease allows the day to unfold organically, creating images that feel effortless and true to you.
