Every wedding collection includes:

• 8 hours (or more) of photographic coverage with Caitlinn Mahar-Daniels
• A second photographer / assistant for layered, comprehensive coverage
• Select film photographs (black & white and/or color) for added depth and timeless texture
• A detailed wedding questionnaire sent 2–3 months before your wedding to thoughtfully craft your photography timeline and shot list
• A curated sneak peek within 48 hours
• Personalized vendor recommendations, if desired
• A cohesive final wedding gallery delivered via an online collection with high-resolution digital downloads and integrated print shop

Each element is designed to ensure your day unfolds naturally while every meaningful moment is preserved.

Approximately two to three months before your wedding, you’ll receive a comprehensive questionnaire that allows me to understand your priorities, family dynamics, timeline, and aesthetic preferences.

Together, we create a photography timeline that supports the flow of your celebration - not interrupts it.

Couples often describe my presence as disarming. That sense of ease allows the day to unfold organically, creating images that feel effortless and true to you.

Heirloom Add-Ons

For couples who value tangible keepsakes, heirloom options are available:

• A custom wooden box featuring 20 mounted 11”x14” fine art prints

These archival prints are designed to live beyond the screen - preserved, displayed, and passed down.
